User Agreement

Eligibility

VIZO is intended for users aged 18 and above.

Subscription

Access to VIZO is provided exclusively through subscription. Billing, renewal, and cancellations are handled by Google Play.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to install and use VIZO on your device. Reverse engineering, copying, redistributing, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with local laws and respect intellectual property and privacy rights when using VIZO.

Privacy

We collect only your User ID and subscription information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or unlawful use. You may stop using VIZO at any time; deleting the app ends your license.

Disclaimers

VIZO is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from your use of VIZO is limited to fees paid for your current subscription term.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms to reflect improvements and changes. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
